The Granary
The Granary is a wooden cottage built on tall stilts. The Granary is actually a 100 year old wooden granary, where the family stored grains from the rice field over generations. It is now converted into a beautiful cottage with the balcony overlooking vast expanses of coffee estates , surrounded by fruit trees on all sides! Minimally intrusive to the surrounding nature, with an amazing symphony of birdsongs all day long and the perfect blend of luxury and homeliness it just cannot get more romantic than this!

The Courtyard
The Courtyard forms an extension of the Souland Estates Bungalow. It is an independent cottage within the Estate boundary that has been carefully designed, complimenting the aesthetics of the Bungalow.
It is a warm cozy bedroom with a pantry and an attached bathroom. It also has a private garden that can be accessed from both the bedroom as well as the bathroom, making sure that the rooms remain fragrant and sweet. Tingle the romance in you under a cool open air cascade shower and an outdoor bathtub. The cottage also has a kitchenette equipped with a stove, a mini fridge, and basic cutlery if you are in the mood for some cooking. Enjoy some hot coffee as you relax on the open terrace with a beautiful view to the main garden down below. The Courtyard can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. Tariff mentioned on all booking sites are for Double occupancy. Additional guests will be charged separately.
With free wifi and delicious South Indian and Coorg cuisine, made with vegetables and spices grown on the Estate premises under careful supervision, The Courtyard is definitely a class apart.

The Loft
The Loft, aptly named, is a luxury cottage with glass walls that provide beautiful views at a treetop level. There is also a one of a kind queen size swing bed to lull you to sleep, and an uber luxurious bathroom with a hot tub which also has beautiful views of the greenery around. The Loft is also great for observing and studying a variety of birds and squirrels and occasional monkeys that can be viewed from the huge balcony.
The Loft can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Tariff mentioned on all booking sites are for Double occupancy. Additional guests will be charged separately.

Perch
Perch is a beautiful cottage, built atop our old writer’s cabin constructed in the early 1950s. The cottage has gorgeous wooden floors repurposed from the ceiling rafters of the old cabin, a luxurious open bathtub with beautiful views of the coffee estates below, sprawling balcony and spacious bedroom which offers great views and surround sound birdsongs all day long!
