Please read below the COVID-19 regulations before you proceed with the booking:
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we regret that we we will not be able to socialize and get to know you better during your stay with us, as has been customary in the past. Many of these are guidelines are way out of the Souland hospitality style, but for now, your safety is our utmost priority and we shall strive to be your perfect hosts to the best of our abilities in these limited circumstances. Due to the restrictions in place, most of our work-force are not around hence we hope you will be understanding of the corresponding shortcomings. Please read ALL the following guidelines before proceeding to book. Thank you for your compliance.
Pre Check in :
1.Government regulations prohibit homestays from accepting guests that are symptomatic and/ or arriving from containment zones. Please do not book the property if your area is a containment zone, or if you are symptomatic.
2.On arrival, you are required to submit a self declaration form stating a) Name b) Address c) Contact details d) Travel history e) Health status.
3.Kindly re-confirm your booking with us via phone or email before you start your journey.
4.All payments towards accommodation will be made in advance via G-Pay or net banking.
5.Please share a photo ID via email or other means to enable digital check in.
6.By sending this, you agree to all house rules and regulations of the homestay mentioned here, in addition to COVID-19 guidelines.
7.Driver quarters and meals are unavailable. Please plan your travel accordingly.
8.Please avoid stoppages along the way as much as possible.
9.According to government regulations, thermal scanning will be conducted for all guests on arrival. If found symptomatic, you will be directed to the nearest medical facility.
During your stay:
- Breakfast is inclusive of tariff. Dinner will be provided at the homestay at additional charges. Lunch is not provided at the Homestay.
2.Please carry enough snacks to last you during your stay with us, as there are not many stores around the property.
3.Tea/ coffee sachets and milk powder will be provided in your rooms, which are fitted with electric kettles.
4.Please bring your own towels, toiletries, bedroom slippers and umbrellas.
5.Please bring your own sanitizers and masks. Please wear mask whenever you step out of your rooms.
6.We wish to avoid guest access to the main bungalow where the host family, including senior citizens and a child, lives. All meals will be delivered to your doorstep in portable food containers.
7.Please wash all utensils and food containers provided in the cottage after use.
8.Housekeeping will be done only after check out. Please keep your rooms clean and neat. Brooms and dust pans will be provided in all rooms.
9.You may contact us by phone if you need anything during your stay.
10.Laundry service is not available.
1.Please check the room thoroughly and take all your belongings with you before you check out.
2.Please leave the key on the door when you check out.
3.Any payment transactions incurred during the stay will be conducted digitally via G-Pay or bank transfer. We do not accept cash/cards.
4.Feedback, suggestions and reviews may be submitted via email or whatsapp or the portal you booked our property on.
